Cobra Promotions Always And Forever Review

A solo-musical project by Belfast based Joe McVeigh, “Always and Forever” is a powerful taster track to a highly anticipated album.

A talented singer-songwriter and producer that has been releasing tracks for several years, the rising star is delighted to present his latest single, which draws influences from 80s and new-wave rock. Featuring a surprise solo from Deep Purple’s Simon McBride, the track is an exceptional insight into McVeigh’s anthemic indie sound.

About the single, McVeigh told us: “Mcveigh is basically all of my favourite things mashed into one. This song was written about a certain someone when I was convinced that this was it, forever, but you can't change the way the wind blows no matter how much you try. The song is naivety and honesty while wearing the rose tinted glasses of being head over heels with someone”

A poignant, universally-charged single, McVeigh’s exceptional vocals speak for the masses. Combining light electronic textures against propulsive drums, the track offers somewhat of a transcendent musical experience that will remind you of your heartbreak, but will leave you feeling fulfilled.
